Giampino’s Cucina Italiana is a BYOB Italian restaurant in Havertown, PA for nights when you want a table that feels taken care of. The room is rustic and inviting, the service is attentive, and the kitchen prepares each dish to order with the kind of patience you can taste. Bring the bottle you have been saving, settle in, and enjoy Italian cooking that stays true to the classics.
Dinner here can be simple and spontaneous, or it can be the start of a long night with your favorite bottle on the table. Either way, you will find timeless dishes, generous portions, and service that actually feels personal.
Craving a classic? Go straight for Chicken Parmigiana, Chicken Francese, Shrimp Scampi, or a seafood-loaded Frutti di Mare. Save room for tiramisu or cannoli if you are doing it right.
Bring Giampino’s to the office, your home, or the venue. Our catering is built for crowds and built to travel, with crowd-pleasing Italian favorites that show up hot, satisfying, and ready to serve.
Planning something bigger? Host your next celebration on-site with room for up to 100 guests, plus menu options that make it easy to feed everyone well and keep the night running smoothly.
When you sit down at Giampino’s, the goal is simple: food that tastes like it was made for your table, not pulled from a playbook. Think rich risotto, bright sauces, and handmade favorites that keep regulars coming back.
Pick the red you love, bring the bubbles you have been saving, or keep it classic with a crisp white. We will handle the glasses, the pacing, and the plates that make that first pour feel earned.
If you are searching for an Italian restaurant in Havertown that still leans into the classics, start with a cutlet, then pivot to seafood, then finish with dessert. That is the rhythm that makes Giampino’s feel like a tradition from the first visit.

First the staff was very friendly on the phone and in person and the food was packed well. I got soup of the day with it which is one of my new faves! Sausage and potato something. Also I never had their old bread but I LOVED new bread.Posted on sally mcgrawTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I attended a wedding shower here that was held before the actual opening time of thef restaurant. Shower was 12-3 and restaurant is usually open at 4:30 for dinner. The lunch they served was so good and the staff so friendly my husband and I will be coming back for dinner. The lunch had a salad, pasta dish, and choice of chicken or eggplant or salmon. Everything was delicious and served hot, which is not easy to accomplish with 50 chatting women as patrons. Atmosphere leaves a little to be desired but it's a BYOB, which in the savings department gives an option for possibly another night out.Posted on Patrick CrossanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
